Boulder Ginskey Barrel Rested Gin

Ginskey Barrel Rested Gin bridges the worlds of gin and whiskey through extended aging in new American oak. Rested for two years in new American oak barrels, the spirit develops remarkable depth and texture while retaining the bright botanical foundation at its core.

The extended maturation softens and rounds the gin’s herbal and citrus notes, layering them with warm vanilla, gentle spice, and toasted oak drawn from the barrel. The result is rich yet balanced, where vibrant botanicals and whiskey-style structure work together naturally rather than competing for attention.

Gold Medal winner at the World Gin Awards for Best American Matured Gin, Ginskey offers a bold American interpretation of the category shaped equally by botanicals and oak.
