Boulder Bourbon - Sherry Cask

A Colorado-distilled bourbon finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks, bringing added depth and richness to a classic foundation. Aged four years in new American oak, then an additional year in sherry casks, it develops a layered character where dried fruit, warm spice, and toasted oak come into balance.

Full-bodied and velvety in texture, the sherry influence adds a darker, more nuanced sweetness while complementing the structure of the bourbon beneath. The result is a whiskey that feels both familiar and distinctive, offering complexity without losing approachability.

Crafted for those who appreciate a richer, more expressive style, this is a bourbon that rewards slow sipping and a bit of attention in the glass.
