Boulder Bourbon - Colorado

A bourbon built on a high-malted mash bill and shaped by Colorado’s dry mountain climate. With 44% malted barley alongside corn and a touch of rye, it leans softer, smoother, and more nuanced than traditional high-corn styles.
Less corn-forward and lower in heat, it’s an easy, elegant sip; creamy in texture with a quiet depth that unfolds over time. Approachable without being simple, this is a bourbon designed for those who prefer balance, subtlety, and a glass that invites another pour.
